Barely Legal is an "offshoot" of Hustler magazine featuring photographs of young girls aged 18 or slightly older. Models are selected and photographed in such a way as to emphasize their youth. The photographs do not simulate hardcore or sex with men; models are either presented by themselves or in groups of two or more girls.
